Sophia Romano
At the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Sophia Romano was raised in the small town of Appomattox, Virginia. Becoming the first in her family to attend university, she ventured out to Baltimore, MD where she earned her degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Loyola University Maryland. During her senior year, Sophia interned with IVPR and fell in love with spotlighting artists and connecting people with great music. Sophia now works as a publicist with the company, further assisting in sharing music and events she herself loves.
As her client’s biggest supporters, Sophia isn’t afraid to call herself their biggest fan. She’s passionate about getting to know each client and their work to share their stories with not only the media, but her friends, family, the barista at the coffee shop and anyone else who will listen. Currently residing in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, when she’s not working you can find Sophia on the hunt for the best breakfast spot on the beach, perfecting her latte art, or watching reruns of Chopped on Food Network.
